Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Agreement
By renting a trailer from Roll Out Rentals, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our rental agreement. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between you (the "Renter") and Roll Out Rentals (the "Company").
2. Rental Requirements
All renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded upon return of the trailer in its original condition.
3. Vehicle Requirements
The renter's vehicle must have appropriate towing capacity for the trailer being rented and a compatible hitch system. The Company reserves the right to refuse rental if the vehicle is deemed unsuitable for safe towing.
4. Use of Trailer
Trailers may only be used for their intended purpose and within legal weight limits. Prohibited uses include: transporting hazardous materials, illegal activities, or using the trailer in a manner that causes damage.
5. Liability
The renter assumes all liability for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs during the rental period. The Company is not responsible for any damage to the renter's vehicle, property being transported, or third-party property.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental.
